Potential Projects

The Master Plan for Woodland Park has been designed to incorporate several large-scale projects in the center of the subdivision in future phases and the possibilities are exciting. A large community park, the potential of a 8.5 acre school site, and three large community-based lots have all already been drawn into future development phases. This space has been reserved for future potential projects with the idea that they will contribute to the community-core and enhance the subdivision.
