Master Plan
The Master Plan for Woodland Park is designed to take advantage of the natural beauty of the land outside of the city of Bozeman in development built to the city of Bozeman standards in terms of robust city-level services, infrastructure and amenities. Woodland Park provides the unique opportunity to live just outside the city limits of Bozeman yet build with flexibility and live within an established development with city level infrastructure. The Master Plan will rollout in phases to the south and eventually bookend the community with a a large 40-acre park on Middle Creek.
