Overview The Woodland Park Preliminary Plat was approved by Gallatin County.  This approval provided Gooch Hill West and Bob Brenden entitlements for Phase 1 of Woodland Park Major Subdivision – consisting of 20 Commercial lots and 50 Residential lots – as long as the County’s conditions are met.
